Adult Faith Formation Classes | 2016-2017

The Department of New Evangelization, through your generous support of the Bishop's Appeal, is pleased to provide the following Adult Faith Formation classes throughout our diocese. We strive to help individuals encounter Jesus Christ through the parish community and assist parishes in becoming more dynamic communities that support lifelong learning and growth in discipleship by placing adult faith formation at the center of parish life.

There is no admission fee. Everyone is welcome to register for a class. If you should have any questions about the adult faith formation classes or about the Catholic faith, please feel free to contact me.

Genesis: The First Soap Opera

Genesis: The First Soap OperaFrom Adam blaming Eve for making him eat the forbidden fruit, Noah's son Ham committing incest, the rivalry between Abraham's wife and his mistress, Jacob duping Isaac to obtain Esau's inheritance, and Joseph's brothers conspiring to kill him, Genesis has all the elements of a soap opera. Yet God worked through these people to bring about our salvation in Jesus.
