GREEN BAY, Wis. (Oct. 8, 2018) – Nearly 600 students and faculty from Catholic schools across the Diocese of Green Bay will participate in an all-school Mass at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct.12, at Holy Spirit Parish, Kimberly. Bishop David L. Ricken will be the celebrant of the Mass, which is part of an annual celebration of the gift of Catholic schools.
This year’s event is hosted by the Diocesan Association of School Administrators – Central Region and is based on a passage from Galatians, “Those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham who had faith.”
“We are truly blessed by the good news of Christ’s saving love for us, and the opportunity to gather as community and witnesses of God’s love.  As disciples, we have the opportunity to grow as friends and followers of Jesus every day,” said Mike Zuleger, Principal, Holy Spirit Catholic School.
Schools have been asked to bring non-perishable food items to help the needs of a local food pantry.
