Spring Morning of Reflection

The Very Rev. John Girotti and Mary Armbrust will share insights and experiences to deepen your understanding of the sacred nature of Christian suffering at a morning of prayerful reflection on the loving Presence of God in our suffering for those who minister to the seriously ill and dying.

Fr. Girotti, Vicar for Canonical Services and Associate Moderator of Curia for the Diocese of Green Bay, has served as pastor and rector of St. Francis Xavier Cathedral and pastor of St. John the Evangelist Parish, Green Bay. He is the author of "A Shepherd Tends His Flock" and the presenter of the “Know Your Faith” DVD series. Fr. Girotti regularly teaches and speaks about the Catholic faith helping Catholics and those of other faiths to better understand and follow the way of the Lord Jesus.

Mary is the Pastoral Care and Ministry Coordinator for the Diocese of Green Bay, supporting a variety of parish ministries, including Bereavement, Care Ministry, Single Again/Divorce Ministry, Prison and Jail Ministry, and Parish Nursing. She has ministered as a pastoral associate in the Diocese of Green Bay and the Archdiocese of Indianapolis to persons who are sick, suffering, and lonely. She has a Masters of Theological Studies with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry from St. Norbert College and is an adjunct professor at Silver Lake College.
