The courses listed here, when taken in a parish/group setting, qualify for Ongoing Formation (catechetical certification).

Ongoing Formation: Theology of the Body

Kristin Bird will lead this series (five 2-hour sessions) based on the Christopher West commentary on Pope St. John Paul II's Theology of the Body, his revolutionary teaching and reflections on the body and authentic sexual liberation.
Class dates/times: Monday-Friday, June 10-June 14; 10:30am-12:30pm
Location: Diocesan Campus, Green Bay
Textbook: "Theology of the Body for Beginners" (2009) by Christopher West. [Limited number of copies will be available for $10, or may be purchased online or at your local Catholic bookstore.] Handouts/notes provided.

Ongoing Formation Classes Online

Catholic-Home-Study ServiceCatholic Home Study Service offers online courses at no charge (donations appreciated) that can serve as Ongoing Formation (certification) classes. The student works through a textbook and assessment and is issued a certificate of completion when finished. These classes ARE NOT equivalent to FCC Components, only to Ongoing Formation.
