Ministry IT Project Request Form
Welcome to the submission process for all IT project requests! Members of the diocesan Curia, affiliated organizations, parishes, and schools are invited to fill out an IT Project Request Form which will allow us to better identify, categorize, and prioritize these requests. This new process will address projects (both large and small) and long-term initiatives.
NOTE: This is not to be confused with the IT HelpDesk. The HelpDesk will continue to address break-fix requests such as hardware and software problems, network connectivity, and general technical support.
The IT Project Request Form is just the first step in our project management process. Once submitted (please complete only after receiving permission from your supervisor), our department will organize a follow-up meeting to look at the next steps in evaluating your proposal.
