The Tribunal of the Diocese of Green Bay works with those who wish to annul a prior, terminated marriage, by assisting them through the annulment process. We seek just solutions based on Scripture, the Magisterial Teaching of the Church, and the Church's Code of Canon Law.
While there is no guarantee an annulment can be granted, petitioners can be assured that we will accompany them through this process with care and concern, whatever the outcome may be. Our staff is committed to compassionately working with individuals, praying for them as we do, and genuinely helping them move forward with their lives in relationship with Jesus, His Church, and the sacraments.
To set a time when we can provide you with more information, contact the Tribunal office directly during regular business hours at (920) 272-8167. If you are unable to contact us during regular business hours, please contact any of our staff using the links listed at the bottom of this page.
Regular diocesan business hours are:
- 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday
- 7:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Friday
