Pastoral Councils, Finance Councils and Trustees Workshops

Various locations within the Diocese

Whether you are starting a new parish pastoral council, reforming your council, or think it’s time for a formation tune-up, this workshop can help you and your parish. Through solving open-ended problems exercises, this evening is open to current and potential parish council members and trustees.

In these workshops you will develop practical ways to fulfill and apply the Diocesan vision and mission in your ministry and parish.

2016 Parish Personnel Salary Study
Survey of parishes in the Diocese of Green Bay shows salary ranges for part-time and full-time ministerial, business, clerical and maintenance/custodial positions, excluding Catholic schools. Results from the 2015-16 Salary Surveys are based on a response rate of 52% -- 81 of the 157 parishes. The data are divided into five groups based on numbers of contributing members: 250, 250-499, 500-999, and over 1,000 contributing units (parish households who contribute $100.00 or more annually).

2016-17 Parish Personnel Salary Survey
Pastors, parish directors and business administrators were asked to complete the parish personnel wage survey and return it by September 9, 2016, so results can be reported this fall. The goal is 100% parish participation. Parishes use the wage/benefit data to assist in creating their budget. Results from the 2014-2015 Survey are above.
